Professional Experience
Faye is a senior solicitor in the family law team at Gibson Kerr having joined in July 2025. Faye completed both her Undergraduate degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee, qualifying in September 2021.
Faye can assist clients in a range of family law matters including financial separation, divorce, child contact issues including residence, adoption, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements. Faye has regular appearances at Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has instructed Counsel in Court of Session actions.
Faye has undertaken the Approved Domestic Abuse Training for Solicitors by the Scottish Women’s Rights Centre. She is on their solicitor signposting network. Faye is a volunteer solicitor with Shared Parenting Scotland – one of their aims being to support parents to resolve disputes and put their children first. Faye is trained and accredited in Collaborative Practice with Consensus. Faye is currently undergoing her training to become a mediator with CALM.
