Gibson Kerr have a vacancy in Edinburgh for a personal law (private client) paralegal who wants a challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding department who have a strong focus on providing clients with a high quality, personal service. The role is based in our India Street, Edinburgh office.
We have a busy personal law practice and are currently recruiting for a paralegal to support a partner and solicitor who deal with personal law exclusively. Our personal law department deals with a varied case load including will and power of attorney drafting, executry administration, power of attorney administration for elderly and vulnerable clients, estate and tax planning, cost of care advice, and trust drafting and administration. The paralegal’s responsibility will be to support the solicitors in this department, in particular assisting with will and power of attorney drafting, and executry and power of attorney administration.
