Professional Experience
Reema is an Associate Member of the CIPD with a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Stirling. She has built extensive experience in HR across Pakistan’s aviation and healthcare sectors. Her responsibilities have included payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, HR policy development, and organizational compliance. She has also worked with the Careers and Employability team at the University of Stirling, supporting employer engagement and student career services.
Reema joined our team in June 2023.
