Professional Experience

Linsey Dagger joined Gibson Kerr in July 2024 as Head of our Personal Law Department. Linsey has experience in an extensive range of personal law matters including wills, powers of attorney, incapacity issues and guardianship orders, executry estates, and inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.

She has a particular interest in dealing with complex executry matters, including intestate estates, high value estates, legal rights claims and executry disputes.

Linsey aims to provide a professional, yet approachable, service to clients from a wide range of backgrounds, to help deliver solutions which meet their needs.

Linsey is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is also a notary public.
